Please review our cancellation policy via the waiver in your Glofox account or the FAQs.

Membership or class pack must be purchased first before you are able to proceed with booking a class! All membership and class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Purchases and bookings can also be made in the Glofox app.

High school and college students get 10% off all pricing options with valid ID shown in person or via email. Discounts do not apply to specials.

If no students are pre-registered for a class within 1 hour of the start time, we will cancel class.
