Please review our cancellation policy via the waiver in your Glofox account or the FAQs.
Memberships or class packs must be purchased first under the “Memberships” tab or on our Pricing page. Once that is loaded onto your account, you are able to book a class! All membership and class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Purchases and bookings can also be made in the Glofox app.
If no students are pre-registered for a class within 1 hour of the start time, we will cancel class.
