During a Prenatal Yoga class, we'll explore the physical and mental benefits yoga has to offer for you and your little yogi-to-be. From hip opening poses to pelvic floor exercises, we'll prep your body for birth while boosting flexibility and strength to help you move with ease and keep the backaches at bay during pregnancy. Wind down with a short meditation practice, leaving you feeling relaxed, empowered, and deeply connected to your growing bump. While this class is designed for expecting moms, all are welcome to join in on the fun!
